Thank you to everybody who participated in our February giveaway with inBetweeners! We had a very close race in our Discord contest, and it was great to see the community fostering some healthy competition.
In March, we're excited to expand our presence from Discord to Twitter, by giving away an NFT from one of the most disruptive projects in 2023: Checks. The underlying concept of Checks is to challenge the idea of influence in today's Internet culture. We want to build on top of Jack Butcher's idea by opening up the Twitter floodgates with our next competition:
The NFT community is so unique because it predominantly spends its time on two forms of media: Discord and Twitter. Project growth stems from excitement in the NFT world in the form of Twitter mentions, alpha groups, and, of course, our favorite, memes.
If nothing else, memes help inform other users about what's going on in the NFT ecosystem. Sometimes if major news breaks, a meme will be more likely to catch your eye than anything else, causing a snowball effect of DYOR.
Meme Skillet. Meme the competition (we're looking at you Blur and Gem). Whatever you think fits - whoever earns the most Tweet interactions on their meme will win an NFT from the Checks collection.

- Must be following @SkilletNFT on Twitter in order to qualify.
- Must be a member of Skillet discord in order to qualify.

- Cheating of any kind, including and especially Botting Twitter accounts for interactions, will not be tolerated.
The winner(s) of this giveaway will be defined as the participant(s) who has generated the most Twitter interactions (likes and Retweets) on a Tweet where @SkilletNFT is tagged and there is an associated meme involving the Skillet platform.
By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and its affiliates and Twitter from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, arising out of (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to alterations, malfunctions, interruptions, cyber-attacks, hacks, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical, human or any other error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; and (5) any alterations or damage property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or if due to any legal or regulatory action related to NFTs. The Sweepstakes is not open to any residents of any US-sanctioned countries, including Cuba, Russia, North Korea, Syria, and Iran. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes (including after winners have been selected and announced), or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, any technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date and Sponsor elects to give out Prizes nonetheless, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Each entrant hereby agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate Delaware State Court; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction).
