Until the end of February, for our first month of giveaways, we will be partnering with inBetweeners (Justin Bieber's PFP) to give away 4 NFTs to the users who invite the most people to the Skillet discord!

We couldn't be more excited to kick off our public launch, and our series of community-building giveaway contests, by partnering with inBetweeners. The inBetweeners collection is disrupting the NFT space with innovative collaborations, including renowned artist GianPiero and Dolce & Gabana. And of course, Justin Bieber repping the project can't hurt either.
Our first giveaway will be focused on rewarding users who contribute to the Skillet community by through Discord invitations. The two participants that successfully invite the most new members to the Skillet discord server (https://discord.gg/CEXesbErK7) will be crowned our champions, and will airdropped inBetweeners NFTs as prizes.
Full terms:
- Promotional period: January 24 2023 at 12:01am EST - February 28 2023 at 11:59 EST.
- Must be following @SkilletNFT on Twitter in order to qualify.
- Must be a member of Skillet discord in order to qualify.
- 1st place will receive 3 inBetweeners NFTs (with first dibs to choose).
- 2nd place will receive 1 inBetweener NFT.
- Any tie breakers will be determined by number of messages sent in the Skillet discord in the duration of the promotion, with the community's discretion on whether or not a user was overly "spamming."
- Cheating of any kind, including and especially Botting invites will not be tolerated.

We will be giving away 4 more inBetweeners! Any user that successfully invites 2 people to the Skillet discord using their unique invite link will be eligible for a lottery. The community will vote on whether there is one winner (winner takes all), or four winners (each receiving one inBetweener NFT).
The winner(s) of this giveaway will be defined as the participant(s) who has invited the most users to the Skillet discord (https://discord.gg/CEXesbErK7) where the invited party (a) is not already a server member and has never been a server member before the promotional period and (b) used the participant's unique sign up link to join the Skillet discord upon joining for the first time.
By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and its affiliates and Twitter from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, arising out of (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to alterations, malfunctions, interruptions, cyber-attacks, hacks, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical, human or any other error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; and (5) any alterations or damage property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or if due to any legal or regulatory action related to NFTs. The Sweepstakes is not open to any residents of any US-sanctioned countries, including Cuba, Russia, North Korea, Syria, and Iran. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes (including after winners have been selected and announced), or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, any technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date and Sponsor elects to give out Prizes nonetheless, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Each entrant hereby agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate Delaware State Court; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction).
